The nearby towns of towns of L’Argentiere, Joyeuse and Les Vans have fantastic markets with local crafts, wines, cheeses, “charcuterie” and other regional specialities. La Beaume, 25 kilometers to the south, boasts a classical musique festival with an international reputation and the house is 35 kilometers from the famous “Gorges de L’Ardeche” Canyon and caves.
